Young, whose address is 5195 62nd Ave NE, Sauk Rapids, MN, 56379 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. TOWNSHIP ELECTION AND MEETING
KANDOTA TOWNSHIP
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of the Town of Kandota in the County of Todd and the State of Minnesota, that the Annual Township Election and Meeting will be held at the Kandota Town Hall on Tuesday, March 14th, 2017, for the following purpose:
To elect one Supervisor for a term of three years.
The polls will be open between the hours of 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm on said day. The clerks office will be open for absentee voting from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon on Saturday March 11th, 2017. Call 320-352-6255 for directions. Any voter not registered may do so at this election before voting.

The successful bidder must be a “responsible contractor.” The term “responsible contractor” means a contractor as defined in Minnesota Statutes Section 16C.285, subdivision 3.
Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bidder’s bond naming the City of Sauk Centre as obligee, a certified check payable to the Clerk of the City of Sauk Centre or a cash deposit equal to at least 5 percent of the amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the City in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract. The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest bidders for a period not to exceed 45 days after the date and time set for the opening of the bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. Payment for the work will be by cash or check.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and technical proposals, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract to the best interests of the City.

ASHLEY TOWNSHIP
The Citizens of the Township of Ashley, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, who are qualified to vote at General Elections, are hereby notified that the Annual Township Election and Meeting for said Township will be held at the Sauk Centre Senior Center, 321 4th Street North, Sauk Centre, MN 56378 on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Annual Town Meeting and Election of the Town of Getty in the County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at the Elrosa Fire Hall, 207 State Street, Elrosa, MN.
