Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct certain public hearings as follows: 

To consider a rezoning request submitted by Kyle Hartigan, Sauk Centre MN on behalf of Larry & Donna Hartigan, Sauk Centre MN according to Section 4.10 of Stearns County Land Use and Zoning Ordinance #439 to rezone approximately 2.5 acres from the Residential 5 (R-5) zoning district to the Residential 1 (R-1) zoning district.
