The object of this action is to determine adverse claims and to adjudge title of Parcel B in Plaintiffs Pung Dairy, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, and of Parcel A in Wilwerding Family, LLP, a Minnesota limited liability partnership, as the respective fee owners of the above described property, subject only to a mortgage against Parcel B in favor of Compeer Financial recorded as Document No. A1591291, and a mortgage against Parcel A in favor of Central Minnesota Credit Union recorded as Document No. A1610987, and free and clear of any right, estate, interest, or lien of the Defendants or anyone claiming under them, in or to said premises or any part thereof.

8. NO MONEY JUDGMENT IS BEING SOUGHT FROM ANY OF THE NAMED DEFENDANTS HEREIN. The sole purpose of this action is to establish clear title in Parcels A and B, described above, subject to the mortgages referenced above.

As personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative, or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Stat. § 524.3-607, and the court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
