Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Board of Adjustment, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct the following public hearings to consider variance applications: 

1. To consider a request from Edward and Susan Pfeifer, Woodbury, MN from Sections 5.1.2A.(1) & 5.1.2C. of the Stearns County Land Use and Zoning Ordinance # 439 to alter the roofline and expand a legal nonconforming principal structure that is ahead of the established building line and in the shore impact zone.  Said ordinance does not allow for the expansion of a nonconforming principal structure lakeward of the established building line and wholly or partly in the shore impact zone.
