NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sauk Centre Board of Adjustment (Planning Commission), will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at 4:30 P.M. or shortly thereafter, in the City Hall Council Chambers, to consider a request on behalf of Eagle’s Healing Nest Property Trust for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Commercial Planned Unit Development.

If approved, the Commercial Planned Unit Development would allow the operation of a campground on a portion of the property.

The property is located at 310 US Highway 71 North, parcel number 94.58734.0000, legally described as Outlot A of Oakridge Heights.

Any persons having an interest in this matter will have the opportunity to be heard.  Written comments will be accepted until the time of hearing.  Materials related to this request can be reviewed within the Planning & Zoning Office at City Hall.
